Line Editing goes over text at a paragraph/section level to determine conciseness, cohesivity, and clarity of expression. Verifies that a composition is sound at the execution level and that a typical reader of the intended audience will be able to grasp the author's intent with little effort.

May affect sentence order within a paragraph, or may require redundant sentences be deleted or edited. May require additional and/or transitional sentences to be added. May also require that words within sentences be arranged differently.
